AV professionals in Belgium and Finland were recently given a unique insight into digital beam-steering courtesy of Renkus-Heinz.
Towards the end of 2016, Michal Poplawski, Renkus-Heinz technical sales manager for Europe, delivered a series of lectures in conjunction with local partners FACE of Belgium, and Audico of Finland. Hundreds of AV professionals attended the sessions, which focused on how Renkus-Heinz technologies have been deployed in influential projects around the world.
In Belgium, four lectures took place as part of the FACE Seminar Sessions, a new program of events intended to become an annual fixture.
Speaking twice daily, Poplawski discussed the ways in which Renkus-Heinz beam steering is transforming sound system design in acoustically challenging environments.
Weeks later, in Finland, 174 professionals gathered in Helsinki for the biennial event, AudicoLive. During a day of education sessions, Poplawski again helped attendees to learn why, where and how to benefit from Renkus-Heinz digital beam steering expertise.
“It’s important to spread this kind of knowledge, particularly because the technology that Renkus-Heinz offers is so unique,” explains Poplawski. “Beam steering is transforming how system design is done, and that’s what our seminars focus on – the problems that we solve. It’s an open approach to sharing knowledge that inspires as well as educates, and I look forward to hosting more of these events throughout 2017.”
