Reidel Audio & Acoustics Winner In CAD/Astatic 2011 InfoComm Contest

Awarded prize was a $500 Apple Store gift card

CAD/Astatic held a special contest open to all AV design consultants to promote the new Variable Pattern mic DSP demonstration at the CAD Audio booth at the recent 2011 InfoComm show in Orlando.

The awarded prize was a $500 Apple Store gift card.

The booth featured a live display of the company’s unique Variable Pattern Controllable 2220VP microphone with control via Biamp Audia software utilizing system pre-sets. Biamp Nexia, Symetrix SymNet and Atterotech Control Center software also offer this capability.

Richard Riedel of Riedel Audio & Acoustics of Brightwaters, NY was the winner.

Astatic national sales manager Gary Dixon states, “The attendees were amazed at their ability to change from omnidirectional to figure-of-eight and any size cardioid pattern simply with a flip of the Biamp preset switch. We truly believe the expanded software options will make our already groundbreaking Variable Pattern mics even more effective and easier to use in the future.”

“Congratulations to Richard and thanks all of those who stopped by the booth to see the demo.”
