RCF will once again be participating in the LDI Live Outside event on October 19-20 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. As a conference and tradeshow for live design professionals from all around the globe, LDI (Live Design International) has been connecting design, tech and production to the live audience experience for 30 years.
This is the third annual version of Live Outside, an event that transforms the convention center parking lot into a specialized array of technology displays and demos focused on the outdoor festival and events marketplace.
This year, RCF will be demonstrating the new HDL6-A small format line array system with the SUB9006-AS dual 18-inch active subwoofer.
The HDL6-A is an active two-way line array featuring two 6-inch midrange drivers with a 1-inch neodymium compression driver on a 100° x 10° waveguide, powered by an on-board 1400-watt dual channel amplifier.
The system will be comprised of 24 HDL6-A (12 per side) with 12 SUB9006-AS dual 18-inch 3600-watt RMS subwoofers.
LDI Live Outside will also be featuring a Monitor Wedge Demo. The RCF inclusion is the TT25-CXA, an active 1100-watt 15-inch coaxial stage monitor offering a 60° x 60° coverage with 133 dB max SPL output for professional stage applications.

“We have participated each year LDI has hosted the Live Outside event,” notes RCF vice president of Sales and Marketing Tarik Solangi, “and it’s been a great opportunity for production companies, event and staging suppliers, and integrators to experience RCF in a real world setting.”
Demonstrations will be held on Friday, October 19 from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Saturday, October 20 from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. LDI will also be hosting their 30th anniversary party on the Live Outside grounds on Friday, October 19 from 6-9 p.m.
