RCF introduces the new line of ultra-compact active bass reflex subwoofers. Each variation is powered by a 1400-Watt digital amplifier in a plywood housing and includes built-in digital stereo crossover (DSP) with adjustable crossover frequency, for use as a sub-satellite loudspeaker system.
The birch plywood enclosures are coated with black, heavy duty, textured epoxy. The front is protected by powder coated, metal grille. The cabinets feature a 35 mm pole mount socket and two recessed side handles.
The SUB 708-AS II cabinet also features threaded points for optional speaker wheels
SUB 702-AS II is a match to 8, 10 or 12 -inch satellite speakers. The SUB 705-AS II and SUB 708-AS II match well with the RCF ART 3, ART 7, D-Line Series and most other 10, 12 or 15 -inch satellite speakers.
These attributes work well to increase the low-end performance in a raft of situations, including portable and installed audio-visual systems, live sound, small theatres, houses of worship and surround sound presentations.
