Propellerhead Releases Reason Soul School ReFill Sample Library

Propellerhead Software puts the soulful sound of the 60's and 70's into the Reason rack

Soul music depositories Detroit, Memphis, and Cincinnati are bringing their signature sound to
Propellerhead Software Reason, through the new Reason Soul School ReFill ($99 MSRP).

The Soul School ReFill sample library features 12 exclusive soul and funk instrumentals, along with individual musical elements like bass, drums, guitars, and horns. All instrumentals are available in REX format, while the ‘60s and ‘70s era multisampled instruments are ready to play with Reason’s NN-XT sampler and the Combinator device.

Propellerhead wanted to infuse this library with genuine soul, so it turned to professional funk-savvy session musicians to compose and record original material. Every drum fill, bass line, guitar riff and horn lick was sampled in different keys, for flexibility and tempo independence. In addition to loops and licks, the ReFill includes patches for the Reason Factory Sound Bank, Propellerhead’s free Electromechanical ReFill, Abbey Road Keyboards, and Reason Pianos.
