Outline Launching New STADIA Loudspeaker Model And L3000 Amplifier At ISE 2020

Smaller, lighter model joins loudspeaker line designed for sports venue; new L3000 amplifier designed primarily for non-rack-mount applications.

At the upcoming ISE show in Amsterdam, Outline (booth 7-S200) is launching the new STADIA 28 constant curvature array loudspeaker as well as the new L3000 multimode power amplifier.

STADIA 28 is the latest addition to the STADIA family of loudspeakers designed for sports venues, offering the ability to be arrayed in either vertical or horizontal orientation, with six cabinets providing 150-degree coverage in both configurations. It is stated to provide medium-throw, constant-curvature performance capable of peak SPL of 139 dB.

The STADIA 28 is intended for smaller venue applications. It weighs just a bit more than 46 pounds (21 kg) and comes in a weather-resistant enclosure.

The new L3000 power amplifier is designed primarily for applications where it’s not possible or practical to use 19-inch racks. If rack mounting is required, however, two L3000s can be mounted using a dedicated kit. Enclosures have the same durable wood finish as the company’s touring loudspeakers.

The L3000’s class D design includes two inputs and four outputs able to operate in single-channel mode (4 x 750 watts at 4 ohms) and bridge mode (either 2 x 1500 watts at 8 ohms or 1 x 1500 watts at 8 ohms and 2 x 750 watts at 4 ohms). Onboard DSP provides a range of controls, and a universal regulated switch-mode power supply allows the amplifier to function on various input voltages and mains cycles globally.
