Ocean Way Audio has introduced the new S10A subwoofer, primarily designed as a low-frequency companion to the company’s HR5 reference monitor as well as other monitors in home-based music studios and project recording rooms. It’s available now from Ocean Way Audio dealers.
Designed by five-time Grammy Award-winning engineer/producer and studio owner/designer Allen Sides, the S10A incorporates a single 10-inch woofer driven by an onboard amplifier rated at 300 watts. It offers a variety of parameter adjustments that include gain, LF adjust, adjustable crossover, and delay, as well as a 12-volt trigger input/output for power conservation and other applications.
Stated frequency range is 20 Hz to 120 Hz with stated maximum SPL of 110 dB SPL.
