The series is designed to help AV professionals skip the months of time it took Stevens, associate principal and director of AV systems at Marsh/PMK International, to learn and develop, and quickly get more productive using Revit.

The process walks attendees through an AV model, linking the design team’s models, and enabling collaboration so the model can be shred with the rest of the team. Also on the docket is the process of creating libraries of Revit assets, converting a library of standard AutoCAD blocks and details into native Revit elements, modeling an AV system in an example model, and more.

Passing the final exam, attendees will receive a successful completion certificate and CEUs. Note that while the course explains how to use various tools in Revit, it’s not intended as fundamental Revit training, so attendees much learn the basics, including how to navigate a model, create views, create sheets, and so on.
