Neutrik AG has announced the acquisition of Oldenburg, Germany-based Connex GmbH, which develops components for professional event and industrial applications.
Founded in 1990, Connex has a product portfolio that includes power distribution and fiber optic systems, video products, Ethernet components, splitters, patching systems, stage boxes, cabling, and measuring devices. The company also addresses individual projects and supplies consulting services and support in the implementation of those projects. With its NEUTRIK and REAN brands, the Neutrik Group employs about 1,000 people worldwide.
