Martin Audio North America has announced that it will host its first post-pandemic Open Day event on Tuesday, May 9 at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, MD, with the concert venue slated to host two sessions (one in the morning and the other in the afternoon) based around a series of demonstrations and presentations featuring the company’s loudspeaker systems.

In particular, Martin Audio will showcase the entire line up of Wavefront Precision line arrays (WPL, WPC, WPS and WPM), TORUS constant curvature array (T1230, T1215 and T820) and XE stage monitors (XE300 and XE500).

“With all the new products we’ve introduced over the last few years, now that social gatherings are happening again, we wanted to give current and prospective customers the opportunity to experience them in their natural setting: a concert venue,” explains Lee Stein, VP of sales, North America for Martin Audio. “The plan is to hold two events a year. The Spring event will change venues each year, but the aim is to hold the Fall event in Dallas every year.”

The Fall event is scheduled for October 3 at the Coppell Arts Center. Meanwhile visitors can now register for the May 9 sessions (here), which will be hosted by Stein in the rural amphitheater set in the woods between Baltimore and Washington DC. These will be variously presented by Martin Audio’s North America’s regional sales managers—including Brad Stephens, Jim Sage, and Martha Callaghan—supported by Joe Lima and Will Harris from the company’s North America’s Product Support Group.

Again, go here to register for a May 9 session.
