Malissa Dillman Named Training & Education Manager At Kramer Electronics USA

Will work to deliver and continue to develop the comprehensive Kramer educational curriculum, and will also deliver the licensed curriculum that the company offers

Kramer Electronics USA has announced Malissa Dillman as its new training and education manager.

Dillman comes to the company with an extensive background in A/V and industry certifications, and in her new role, she will work to deliver and continue to develop the comprehensive Kramer educational curriculum.

She will also deliver the licensed curriculum that Kramer offers; particularly the classes Kramer licenses from InfoComm, including the very popular 3-day CTS Exam Prep class.

“We are so pleased to have Malissa join the Kramer family,” states Clint Hoffman, VP of marketing for Kramer Electronics USA. “Malissa’s wealth of knowledge and experience will truly be a great asset to the company, and to our students. I am confident she will succeed in her new position.”

Dillman has more than 12 years of extensive A/V experience within the industry and will bring her diversified skills and experiences to the classroom.

She has been active on several InfoComm Committees, including most recently being one of the first nine members of the Certification Committee, and while serving on the Certification Committee, she was also the chairman of the CTS Subcommittee, as well as being recognized as a Subject Matter Expert for test development.

“Malissa’s extensive qualifications, accompanied by her InfoComm certifications, CTS-D and CTS-I, made her the perfect choice for our new Training and Education Manager,” says Dave Bright, president of Kramer Electronics USA. “Not only does she have the education and experience necessary, but her motivation to succeed and her optimism will allow her to flourish in this position,” stated Bright.

Dillman has owned and operated an AV installation company, worked as both a regional and division sales manager at the dealer level, and most recently served in the role of regional field sales engineer for ClearOne Communications.

She was one of the first four women in the world to achieve both the CTS-D and CTS-I credentials, and currently resides in Atlanta with her husband Doug Dillman CTS-D, CTS-I, and their daughter Joanne.
