Leon Speakers are proud to announce that they has been awarded the prestigious honor of First Place Overall in the Custom Installation/DAV-SPA Group of the 2011 inside track Supplier Loyalty survey.
The inside track survey, now in its 26th year, is a wide-ranging analysis that represents an appraisal of dealer satisfaction as well as a measure of the partnership behavior, product selection and other parameters integral to the independent retailer/custom integrator channel.
Over 200 dealers and custom installers graded suppliers in three broad categories with a total of 16 parameters, and Leon achieved an overall score of a 3.96/A.
Leon received number one rankings in eight out of 16 categories, including Product Reliability, Product Innovation, Appropriate Assortment, Obtainable Margins, Specialist-Friendly Business Programs, Price Protection, Tech Support, Resolution of Service Issues, and tied with Elan for first place in Dealer Training.
