KV2 Audio has announced the new ESD8, the latest model joining the company’s ESD series of two- and three-way passive loudspeakers, slotting into the range between the existing ESD6 and ESD10.
The ESD8 is a compact full-range loudspeaker incorporating an 8-inch trans-coil woofer and a 1-inch compression driver coupled to a wide dispersion horn. Presented conservatively like the rest of the range in an angled low-profile Baltic birch enclosure, it’s designed to deliver quality speech and music definition.
It can be utilized for mains and as an in-fill for larger systems, and can be applied quickly and efficiently on podiums, stands or suspended. Applications include corporate presentations and functions to infill, close monitoring or installation.
The new ESD8 will be highlighted by KV2 Audio at the upcoming ISE 2023 show in Barcelona at stand 7G550.
