K-array Announces Appel Electronique Industrie As New French Distributor

K-array welcomes Appel Electronic Industrie (AEI) as the newest addition to the K-array family.

The Paris-based company has been selected as the only distributor of K-array products for France.

Founded in 1986, AEI has a deep rooted history in the distribution and commercialization of switchboard equipment making its original customers prominent French television and radio chains.

Once president Rodolphe Fabbri took over the company in 2013, AEI shifted business models from only working directly with clients to an indirect distribution network with operators and service providers.

“My goal from the beginning has been to distribute premium products to a wide range of end users which is why I took such an interest in K-array,” explained Fabbri.

According to AEI’s president, K-array solutions cannot be regarded as mere speakers, but an added-value system designed for sound accuracy, constant sound pressure, and clarity regardless of distance. “K-array will totally integrate with our distribution philosophy and I feel their solutions can add value in the pro audio industry, more specifically, installation, portable and touring.”

As AEI plans to develop a showroom in Paris to demonstrate the K-array signature design, K-array co-founder and president Alessandro Tatini could not be more satisfied with the partnership: “AEI has a good understanding of the pro audio market in France and is really enthusiastic about our systems. I am happy to welcome them to our team of international distributors so that we can continue to grow the K-array brand globally.”
