ISP Technologies Supports Melmark’s Dream Makers Ball

RMS Productions covers biannual black-tie event and fundraiser with Mongoose stackable line arrays and XMAX 218 subwoofers.

Melmark‘s recent biannual Dream Makers Ball black-tie event, held in the in the Hyatt at The Bellevue venue, featured dinner, live music, dancing and a silent auction. The fundraiser raises money and awareness for their programs that serve children, adults and their families affected by a broad range of intellectual disabilities. With facilities in both Berwyn, PA and Andover, MA, Melmark has been serving the community for over 40 years.

RMS Productions, a live music production company based in Prospect Park, PA provided the sound for the event. The system consisted of an ISP Technologies Mongoose stackable line array system (2000 watts True RMS).

Along with the Mongoose arrays, the system included two XMAX 115 subwoofers with the new patented DAA High Output power amp technology (2000 watts True RMS), and one XMAX 218 subwoofer, also with the new patented High Output amp technology (4000 watts True RMS) for a total front of house system of 10,000 watts True RMS (20,000 watts peak), and four VM110 floor monitors.

“With over 300 attendees, the ISP System more than covered the room, with plenty of headroom to spare,” says owner of RMS Productions, Ron Hurst. “Not only is the ISP gear made in the USA, but I feel the quality is second to none. I have been in business for over 5 years now and have only used ISP gear over that span.

“It all goes back to a pair of first gen, Tripower 700’s that I bought 15 years ago. I used them once and I was hooked. I promised myself if I was ever able to go into business, this would be my choice.

“Now, I have many satisfied customers and a reputation for getting the job done and sounding great,” concludes Hurst.
