ISP Technologies Selected For New Jimmy Johns Minor League Baseball Field

ISP Technologies Pro Audio and HDDS gear has been selected to be installed exclusively throughout the new $15-million Jimmy Johns Minor League Baseball Field in Utica, Michigan.

With a total capacity of 4,500 fans, the ballpark will also have 22 Suites, Cabana Suites, Picnic areas and a Grass Berm Seating Area.

“We wanted to create something that was one of the top facilities in the country,” said Andy Appleby, founder and CEO of General Sports and Entertainment, as well as being the man behind the development and construction of Jimmy John’s Field.

ISP Technologies not only designed the system to be installed, they also custom designed new loudspeaker cabinets for the parameter of the field. The custom designed weather proof CX110i and CX114i will not only provide the fidelity, clarity and mid-range that ISP gear is known for, but will also provide a more accurate dispersion pattern through the use of a high performance coaxial design. The patented High Definition Distributed System consists of ceiling mount and wall mount speakers, with subwoofers and 5 MC1000 master control units for separate zone control of all areas of the venue.

Bluewater Technologies, a national AV integrator based in Southfield Michigan, was the integrator of choice for the installation and service of the entire Audio, Video and Lighting of the ballpark. As Appleby is using The Jimmy Johns field as his prototype for more to follow, he wanted to work with a company that had ample installation experience in other states as well.

ISP Technologies is made in the USA.
