Guitar Center Appoints Clinton Wu As Vice President Of CRM & Customer Data Strategy

Guitar Center has announced the appointment of Clinton Wu as the company’s first vice president of CRM and Customer Data Strategy, where he is responsible for deepening the overall direct engagement with company’s customer base by overseeing customer data and strategies.

Working directly to Jeannine D’Addario, SVP, chief marketing & communications officer, Wu joins Guitar Center with more than 15 years of experience leading marketing strategies that designed to drive engagement and bring results. Most recently, he served as vice president, head of Digital Business Channels, at Jollibee Foods Corporation, where he grew revenue for all digital business channels, and he’s also held leadership roles for digital marketing at Mattel, Bandai Namco Games, and Activision Blizzard.

At Guitar Center, Wu will also be working across the organization to create and implement direct marketing strategies. His aim is to expand the company’s capabilities and leverage data to give the organization a 360-degree view of its customers and to work to provide an enhanced customer experience with Guitar Center brands.
