Gina Rider Appointed Key Account Manager & Customer Service Manager At Neutrik USA

Rider will have a more outward facing role with greater involvement in the field

Neutrik USA has promoted Gina Rider to key account manager, in addition to maintaining her roles as customer service manager and supply chain manager. The new role will become effective during the transition as Neutrik moves to a new location in Charlotte, North Carolina at the beginning of 2011.

This strategic change comes as Neutrik continues to focus on developing innovative solutions in the connector and systems marketplaces.

As key account manager, Rider will be responsible for managing large accounts to further Neutrik’s relationships with these companies. She will have a more outward facing role with greater involvement in the field and more emphasis on external face-to-face communications.

“I am pleased to be taking on this new position and have this new start; new location, new building, new team,” states Rider, who has been with the company for more than two decades. “I think this brings together a wider variety of talents, that going forward will only make Neutrik a better company with new innovative products and a strong dedication to our customers.”
