Dane County Executive Kathleen Falk and Madison Mayor Dave Cieslewicz also attended the event. Each read a proclamation declaring the month of October “Full Compass Month” in Dane County and the City of Madison.

Full Compass has outgrown three former buildings and the new facility marks the company’s return to Madison after being based in Middleton, Wisconsin for 15 years.

“We’re delighted to welcome Full Compass back to Madison,” stated Cieslewicz, adding, “It’s where they should be.”

Falk remarked on Full Compass’ stability even during hard economic times when “they have continued to grow,” and their ongoing dedication to the community by following a policy of hiring graduates of local institutions. “If that isn’t loyalty to a community, I don’t know what is,” she concluded.
