Extron has introduced Pro Series Control Systems, offering advanced configuration software, new touchpanels, more powerful processors, and a broad range of other tools and technologies geared to handle the evolving complexities of modern AV system designs.
There are more than 40 Pro Series control products, including 12 new TouchLink Pro touchpanels in sizes from 3.5 to 15 inches, five with vibrant, capacitive touchscreens; a TouchLink interface that allows a third party touchscreens of any size to be used as a control interface within an Extron control system; six advanced and versatile IP Link Pro control processors; and Extron LinkLicense, which allows use of mobile devices or computers as a primary control interface in an Extron control system.
“With the introduction of Extron Pro Control Series, we are entering a new era for Extron configurable control where powerful hardware and software work together to accommodate more elaborate AV system designs,” says Casey Hall, vice president of sales and marketing for Extron. “At the heart of these new systems is Global Configurator Professional, which is loaded with advanced configuration tools including conditional logic, variables, and macros.”
