DPA Microphones is pleased to announce that the company is the sole manufacturer providing microphones to NAMM’s Grand Plaza Main Stage and that their products will, once again, have a role in Dynaudio’s Unheard Touring Studio over the course of the five-day show.
The microphone company is also hosting its inaugural “Meet the Masters” event at its booth (#17910). The DPA Masters Club is a community of skilled, actively working sound engineers who use DPA Microphones’ solutions in their daily work. These talented enthusiasts will share their experiences, provide valuable advice and discuss their passion for DPA microphones with colleagues and peers in the audio business.
The masters schedule is an impressive list of audio professionals. Friday will bring FOH engineer Brad Divens (Enrique Iglesias and Jane’s Addition), Liss Affzeller (FOH engineer David Townsend Project and monitor/studio engineer Eddie “El Brujo” Caipo (Julio Iglesias) to the booth. Anthony “Tone” Stephens (audio director/live sound engineer for Christian musicians, producer and recording engineer Mark Hornsby and re-recording mixer/sound engineer Jeremiah Slovarp will be in attendance on Saturady, January 18.
