DPA Adds New 6000 Series Microphone Accessories

New eight-way double clip and paintable cap are intended to offer additional flexibility in a range of applications.
The new eight-way clip for the DPA 6000 Series.

DPA Microphones has added two new accessories for its 6000 Series CORE of subminiature lavaliers, including an eight-way double clip and a paintable cap.

Designed to provide an extra level of stability and flexibility, the eight-way clip offers a 360-degree clip with eight positions in 45-degree increments. This makes it possible to securely clip the mic on both left- and right-button shirts as well as the necklines of T-shirts and blouses. The double-mic element facilitates the ability to add two mics for redundancy,

Used in place of the standard 6000 Series grid, the paintable cap can be painted or covered in makeup to foster added visual creativity in both film and theatre productions. Safe to use with most paints and makeups typically used in film and theatre, the cap is available in white. It can also be used as is, as a white mic in the buttonhole of a white shirt or mounted in the white eight-way clip for subminiature mics.
