dBTechnologies have been adopted by Kenyan distributor Sound Creations, who recently specified DVX and Flexsys active boxes for an event truck.
The vehicle is to be used for outdoor promotions of products and events in the region.
It has been equipped with 4 x DVX D15, 2 x S20, 2 x Flexsys F15 and 1 x Flexsys F10 powered speakers. Said Nipul Shah of Nairobi-based Sound Creations, “The dBTechnologies gear was chosen for its clarity; technically it’s great.”
“Without much effort the sound travelled almost 100 metres, with a really good bass. It’s really easy to set up, and the price to performance ratio is a bonus too.”
The truck’s inaugural appearance was in the town of Tala earlier this month, where crowds gathered for a ‘Mulika Mwizi’ event.
“Everyone was satisfied and the occasion was a great success,” said Nipul. “Our client is planning to buy another two trucks with our dBTechnologies sound in the next two to three months.”
