Audio consultant Merlijn van Veen will be presenting his “Calibration & Design Techniques for Modern Sound Systems,” in the English language, this coming November 7-10 (2017).
The event is being hosted by D.A.S. Audio in Valencia Spain
The 4-day Level 1 seminar is designed to solve the “myth” of sound systems. The physical characteristics are treated independently of the type and manufacturer of the loudspeaker systems.
With the help of 2-channel FFT analyzers (SIM3, SMAART V7, SysTune, etc.) sound system designs can be reproduced as planned. The whole signal chain, from the source to the listener, is taken into account including acoustic, electronic and psychoacoustic aspects.
The participant will be taught how to use the acquired knowledge in practice to optimize sound system designs.
