Rational Acoustics has just published the Smaart v.7 User Guide, available for free download (PDF) from the company website.
The new 180-plus-page document covers virtually every aspect of working with the Smaart v.7 measurement and analysis platform.
In addition, it supplies considerable information on fundamental audio measurement concepts, industry standards, measurement rig set-up, sound source characteristics, and other system measurement “geekery.”
Also included is the entire Impulse Response Guide published in 2015, as well as the entire licensing and installation guide. The result is an all-in-one reference for Smaart users and a primer on sound system measurement and optimization rolled into one document.
