Allen & Heath USA has announced the appointment of industry veteran Christopher Melendy as regional sales manager for the central territory, where he brings more than two decades of experience in pro audio and system integration.
After obtaining a degree in recording technology, Melendy started his professional career as an audio engineer, working in recording and mastering studios, as well as regional and live festival events along with integration as a system designer and consultant. He later transitioned into the manufacturing sector as a product manager and OEM sales manager for several notable A/V brands. More recently, he sold the A/V electronics manufacturing company he co-founded in 2016.
