Front, side and back views of new Deep6 absorbers from Auralex.

Auralex has introduced Deep6, a powder-coated, black steel frame-enclosed absorption device designed to be installed on a wall or across a vertical corner to improve low-frequency absorption throughout a room and improve accuracy at the mix position, without sonic artifacts.

Deep6 measures a 4 x 2 feet (h x d) and is 6 inches deep. It is specified to provide usable broadband control down to 80 Hz and low-frequency absorption down to 40 Hz when corner mounted.

Each Deep6 comes fully assembled and ready to install with the included wall mounting brackets. Additional corner mounting brackets are available.

Deep6 is Class A fire rated per ASTM E84.
