Cerwin-Vega Debuts CVA-115 Active Subwoofer: Powerful Performance From Compact Design

Cerwin-Vega! has introduced the CVA-115 active subwoofer, the newest addition to the company’s Active Series of subwoofers. It will be on display in the Cerwin-Vega booth (#6866) at the upcoming Winter NAMM show in Anaheim.

Much like its predecessors, the CVA-121 and CVA-118, the new CVA-115 features Cerwin-Vega’s driver design and bass performance incorporated in a small compact footprint.

A built-in power amplifier provides a completely integrated active system and a functional cast aluminum grill doubles as a heat-sink to minimize power compression and maximize driver performance.

The CVA-115 features a custom Cerwin-Vega designed driver that delivers thunderous bass. The powerful built-in 700 watt (1400 watt peak), high-efficiency Class H amplifier provides high-quality power.

CVA Series subwoofers include a sweepable low pass filter, a four-position high pass filter and a Master/Slave mode providing easy set up of multiple units, as wel as a 35 mm pole-mount socket to accommodate a satellite speaker for full range performance.
