CAD Audio Introduces U39 USB Condenser Recording Microphone With Headphone Monitoring

Extended frequency response is effective for both vocals and instruments

The new U39 USB condenser recording microphone from CAD Audio is designed to handle a wide range of applications for both intermediate and professional users.

The U39 is outfitted with a proprietary TrakMix headphone output for monitoring and control to help foster creative expression.

The smooth, extended frequency response is effective for vocals and instruments, while a unidirectional mic pattern minimizes background noise and isolates the main sound source.

Frequency response is stated as 40 Hz to 18 kHz, with sampling and bit rate of 48 kHz/16-bit contributing to a full, well-balanced sound with detail and clarity.

Headphone frequency response is listed as 20 Hz to 20 kHz, and combined with output of 300 mW, is designed to enhance the listening experience.

The U39 is compatible with Windows and Mac computers. It has rugged, all-metal construction, and is supplied a USB cable and desktop stand.
