Bosch Security Systems, Inc., Communications Systems Division has announced the promotions of Greg Compagnone to the position of Director of Sales, Eastern U.S. and Jamie Schnakenberg to the position of Key Accounts Manager for Sports Communications, while Robert Sheffield has also joined the company as Key Accounts Manager for the Install Market.
Previously, Compagnone served as Eastern Regional Manager for RadioCom, AudioCom, and Telex intercom systems and headsets. Prior to joining the Bosch team, he worked for 10 years at a dealer level, specializing in products from Telex and Electro-Voice.
In his new role, Compagnone will be responsible for all eastern region sales personnel and independent representatives, working from his base in central Massachusetts.
Schnakenberg brings a wealth of experience to his new position, having been associated with the sports industry for nearly 13 years. Most recently, he worked with RadioCom wireless intercom products as a Senior System Engineer.
Previously, he provided product support and new system design to a variety of markets such as sports, theatre, education, industrial, and broadcast with many organizations including the NCAA and National Football League.
Sheffield also brings considerable experience to his new position, having been involved at many levels of the integration market for 28 years. He began his career in 1981 as a Sales Manager with contractor Bridgewater Custom Sound, and has worked with independent rep firms and as a Regional Account Manager for TASCAM.
Sheffield also served as Sales Manager and VP of Sales for Full Compass Systems, where he stayed for eight years and helped to establish a contracting and integration department.
Sheffield’s responsibilities in his new position will include the coordination of sales programs, customer service, and contact information to key accounts at both a national and local level for the Installation and Integration market.
