Audio-Technica U.S. has named Kurt Van Scoy as its new executive director of product management and promoted Gary Dixon to the position of product manager.
Van Scoy is responsible for directing the product development/management efforts and is also overseeing quality control department. He’s returning to the ATUS team after four years serving A-T as global product panager, based in Japan.
Dixon is charged with bringing a new level of depth and understanding to the product management team. In his previous position as sales engineer, Installed Sound, he served as a technical resource for the ATUS sales channel in the broad contractor market (installed sound contractors, consultants and architects), where he helped ensure proper implementation of products and technology in the marketplace while determining the application needs of customers.
