Audinate Webinar Coming Up On Adapting Higher Education For COVID-19 Using Dante

Discussion will spotlight the recent migration to AV-over-IP using Dante at University of Southern California and how this model can be extended to other colleges.
ProSoundWeb Dante Networking

On Wednesday, July 29, Audinate is presenting a webinar focusing on the use of Dante audio networking to create hybrid learning environments in educational institutions.

Specifcially, Audinate’s Joshua Rush will talk with Joe Way, director of learning environments-information technology services for the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles, about the school’s recent migration to AV-over-IP using Dante. They will cover how this approach has helped to position USC to support a hybrid learning model in response to COVID-19 that combines limited on-campus student attendance with distributed classrooms and robust at-home experiences.

In addition, they will cover details of the various learning scenarios that are being contemplated at USC, the technology and products used, and how this Dante-driven model can be extended to other colleges and universities. (Go here to find out more about this application.)

The webinar is slated to start at 2 pm U.S. Eastern time on Wednesday, July 29. Go here for more information and to register.
