Alto Professional Now Shipping Two New Portable PA Systems

All-in-one designs include a central powered mixer with a storage compartment and two loudspeakers

Alto Professional has announced that MIXPACK and MIXPACK Express, two new portable PA systems, are now shipping.

Their all-in-one designs include a central powered mixer with a storage compartment and two loudspeakers. These three components attach to one another to form one pod-like structure with wheels and a handle for easy transport. Loudspeaker cables are also included with both systems, as well as two speaker stands.

MIXPACK offers built-in Alesis DSP effects, six inputs, two Aux sends with stereo returns, RCA input/output, switchable phantom power, three-band EQ on each channel, headphone out, LED meters, 600 watts of power, and a 3-way loudspeaker with a 12-inch cone woofer, four 6.5-inch MF drivers and two 1-inch HF drivers.

MIXPACK Express provides 350 watts of power, up to six channels of audio, seven-band graphic EQ, two-band EQ on each channel, one Aux send/return, RCA input/output, Headphone output, LED meters and built-in effects.

MIXPACK has an MSRP of $899 and an estimated street price of $799, while MIXPACK Express has an MSRP of $599 and an estimated street price of $499.
