Alteros, an Audio-Technica company, has announced the appointment of industry veteran John Hart to the position of national sales director in the U.S. In this role, and he is reporting directly to Jackie Green, president and CTO of Alteros.
Based in Los Angeles, Hart is overseeing U.S. dealers and direct sales of the GTX Series Ultra-Wideband (UWB) wireless microphone system that operates at 6.5 GHz, well beyond the diminished and crowded TV bands.
Hart joins Alteros after wearing many hats, including systems/sales specialist at Euphonix, western regional sales manager at Otari, president at AMS/Neve, director of sales at the Soundcraft/Studer digital console group, and VP of operations at PMI Audio.
