A constant reminder help keep folks focused on following guidelines.

RF Microphone Area
— Sort mics out on table in tins.
— Set up an additional table for sanitizing with various personal protection equipment (PPE) including alcohol wipes, zippered plastic bags (gallon size), hand sanitizer and disposable latex gloves.
— Deploy multiple UV light sanitizers to sanitize mics before and after every use.

Process Before Giving Mics To Performers
— Take the assigned RF mic from its tin.
— Wipe down with alcohol/sanitizing wipes.
— Place in UV light sanitizer for five to 20 minutes
— While wearing clean latex gloves, remove from UV light sanitizer and place RF mic in a clean plastic gallon-size bag.
— Place mic in a tin for distribution directly to the artist, who will remove it from the bag at time of rehearsal/performance.

Note About Mic Distribution
— To distribute multiple mics at once, use a cart to roll on the stage loaded with sanitized mics, each in its own bag and tin.

RF Mic Retrieval From Performer
— Have the artist put the mic directly back in the tin.
— When back at the sanitizing table, place mic in UV light sanitizer for five to 20 minutes.
— Wipe down with alcohol/sanitizing wipes.
— Place back into proper tin on RF mic table.

Good Habits/Best Practices
— Keep possible contamination points in mind.
— Have enough PPE (personal protective equipment) on hand to constantly keep the area and all devices clean.
— Wash hands and use hand sanitizer often and as necessary. Keep mic handling down to as few people as possible – try to keep it to one person and the performer to minimize possibility of contamination
