Technology Focus:
The E70 and E50 employ balanced armature drivers – a single driver in each E50 housing, three drivers per E70 housing – for improved transients, increased efficiency, and extremely detailed mid and high frequencies.

The E40 incorporates Audio-Technica’s proprietary dual phase push-pull driver, which is actually comprised of two facing drivers wired out of phase, reducing harmonic distortion and improving response time, while doubling the power and increasing output sensitivity. The result is a spacious, expansive but detailed sound across a wide frequency range.
