MEQ-2000 multi-effects processor from Inter-M

The new MEQ-2000 multi-effects processor from Inter-M is outfitted with eight bands of onboard parametric equalization, 31 bands of graphic EQ, limiting, compression, and a real-time spectrum analyzer - all of which can be used individually or simultaneously.

The MEQ-2000 is intended for applications ranging from sound reinforcement and mastering to broadcast and postproduction.

The 24-bit/96 kHz unit is operable between 10 Hz and 31.5 kHz, has a dynamic range greater than 124 dB (A-weighted), six bands of cut and notch filtering, and an unvarying internal sampling rate which remains constant regardless of I/O settings or the bit resolution of connected devices.

Additionally offering high-end AD/DA converters and a simple graphical interface that gets new users up-and-running in minutes, the MEQ-2000 is also equipped with digital rear panel I/O connectors facilitating S/PDIF, optical/coaxial, and AES/EBU formats.

Other features complementing the device's versatile nature include a peak limiter, remote control, delay, feedback suppression, and room measurement/correction capabilities.

The MEQ-2000 has a suggested U.S. retail price of $3,200 USD.
