Community’s new Tandem
Drive Series

Community's new Tandem Drive loudspeaker line includes a pair of full-range cabinets and two subwoofer systems, and is intended for DJ, corporate, house of worship and live performance applications.

Either Tandem Drive subwoofer (models TD2115 and TD2118) can be topped by either of the full-range enclosures (models TD2212 and TD2215) by using steel mounting poles.

Constructed of Luaun core plywood, each loudspeaker enclosure features ErgoGrip handles, and is painted with TufCoat finish.

Proprietary low-frequency drivers feature Community's new, patented Cool-Coil technology, and every model is internally safeguarded with IntelliSense, a protective circuit which allows maximum output without risk of speaker damage.

At 49 pounds, the full-range TD2212 is the lightest and most compact
loudspeaker in the Tandem Drive Series. Employing a two-way design
housing dual 12-inch Cool-Coil woofers and Community's UC1 high frequency
driver, the device is suited for smaller systems.

The larger TD2215 houses dual 15-inch Cool-Coil low frequency drivers and the same horn-loaded, 90x40 UC1 high frequency section as the TD2212. Outfitted with a non-metallic diaphragm to increase internal dampening, reduce ringing, and provide more accurate response, the low-mass UC1 high frequency driver is ferrofluid cooled to dissipate heat quickly.

The largest of the Tandem Drive subwoofers, the potent TD2118 is based around a design which uses dual 18-inch Cool-Coil drivers into a vented cabinet
available with optional four heavy-duty casters. Conversely, dual 15-inch Cool-Coil drivers are responsible for full bass sound of the TD2115.

Tandem Drive Series loudspeakers range in price from $659 (model 2212) to $1399 (model TD2118).
