The recent ProSoundWeb live webcast, “First Steps With Digital Audio Networking,” presented by Audinate and Yamaha, is now available for viewing/re-viewing here.

This lively 60-minute webcast is tailored for individuals whose audio experience has primarily been with analog hardware and/or computer-based consumer/prosumer audio applications but want to learn more about the essentials digital audio networking.

Specifically, it provides an understanding of digital audio as well as Dante audio networking and their uses/applications in today’s audio systems, including houses of worship, bands and recording studios.

The webcast is led Audinate senior technical sales engineer Bernie Farkus and Yamaha network applications engineer Patrick Killianey. Farkus has helped facilitate the worldwide adoption of Dante by developing education and training programs, while Killianey’s perspective combines the best practices from vastly disparate markets and crosses the chasm from theoretical ideals to practical implementation.
