Sound Art Canada recently provided sound reinforcement, including a wide range of Electro-Voice components, for the annual Festival Du Voyageur, Western Canada’s largest winter festival, held in St. Boniface, Manitoba, Canada. The annual festival celebrates Canada’s fur trading history and French heritage and features 10 days of art, entertainment, and music, with attendance at the 2009 festival topping 105,000. Dessa Darling, emcee for Minnesota-based hip-hop group Doomtree, recently performed at the Guthrie Theater’s Dowling Studio in Minneapolis in celebration of the release of her new book, Spiral Bound, a collection of short fiction and poetry. How The TM Array For Subwoofers Works

The TM Array is actually nothing but a line array in the vertical, and a point source in the horizontal. Line arrays in theory are based on omni-directional sources, placed relatively close together, so subwoofers are the perfect choice for building a line array just by their nature.
