Faithless have embarked on the European leg of a world tour, with twin Midas PRO6 FOH systems flip-flopping across the band’s busy summer schedule. With a relentless touring schedule crossing back and forth across Europe from early April, the band’s long-term front of house engineer Mark Kennedy is manning one of two PRO6s from Britannia Row, while the other travels to the next venue with the rest of the system. Allen & Heath iLive Chosen By New Zeland Theatre For Re-Opening

Nelson-based New Zealand PA company, BB Sound, has invested in an Allen & Heath iLive digital mixing system to cater to an increase in music theatre work through the region’s newly refurbished Theatre Royal. Roland S-MADI REAC Bridge Compatibility For MADI-Capable Consoles, Including DiGiCo SD & D Series

The Roland Systems Group S-MADI REAC Bridge, which debuted at this year’s InfoComm Show, is a bi-directional signal converter between MADI and REAC. It enables connectivity between Roland’s REAC products (M-48 personal mixing system) to MADI-equipped digital audio mixers/systems, including DiGiCo SD7, SD8 & SD9 and D Series digital consoles. The Vista 8 is fully 7.1 surround sound capable, with 72 faders and up to 250 inputs. A plethora of Midas digital mixing systems were used across this year’s three-day T in the Park festival held in Scotland earlier this month.
