    Karlheinz Stockhausen’s electronic masterpiece Oktophonie entitled “Licht” (“Light”) recently made its New York premier at Park Avenue Armory in Manhattan. Oktophonie is a musical experience where the audience is surrounded by eight groups of loudspeakers, enveloping them in a sonic environment. The piece was performed by Kathinka Pasveer, an early Stockhausen collaborator, and Igor Kavulek, Stockhausen’s personal sound technician.     Xilica Audio Design and Audinate have announced the launch of Xilica’s new Dante-enabled Neutrino and Uno Series digital processor models.
