Drew Townson

Vintage King Audio has announced the latest hire for their National Sales Team, musician and engineer Drew Townson.

Townson previously owned and operated the web-based pro audio sales, service and consultation firm, Analog Planet, before officially accepting his position with Vintage King Audio.

The addition of Townson will provide Boston and New England based clients of Vintage King with additional opportunities to connect for in-person for demos, installs and customer support.

Drew Townson brings over 27 years of experience to the Vintage King team, not just in professional audio sales, but also as a musician, producer and engineer.

Townson currently works with Rockland, MA recording studio 37ft Productions and has engineered and produced a handful of independent releases for New England based artists, including his own Americana band, Twang ʻem High!, for which Drew plays guitar.

“Weʼre looking forward to having Drew as part of the Vintage King Audio sales team; he really embodies what Vintage King stands for,” says Mike Nehra, Vintage King co-owner and Director of Sales.

“Drew possesses a hands-on knowledge of the gear that Vintage King Audio sells; he knows how it works and how it can be easily integrated into a clientʼs workflow for the best possible results.”

“Weʼre also pleased to be able to offer our New England and Boston-based clients an in-person resource for installs, demos and any other questions they may have.”
