Sennheiser Canada, in a coordinated effort with Sennheiser Germany, announces the opening of an RF/equipment service and sales facility in conjunction with the upcoming XXI Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver, BC, Canada. The facility will offer assistance to radio and television broadcasters from all corners of the globe using Sennheiser technology that requires frequency coordination and equipment service. Audio-Technica has announced that over 3,000 of its microphones will be used at the XXI Winter Olympic Games, coming up in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, in February 2010. Vancouver, BC-based Radial Engineering has announced the recent acquisition of the Komit Compressor from boutique manufacturer Burgin-McDaniel. For more than10 years, Kevin Burgin and Drake Williams of Burgin-McDaniel played central roles at Rupert Neve Designs before leaving to start Burgin-McDaniel.
