    Studer has introduced a software upgrade for its range of Vista digital mixing consoles, specifically, VistaMix automatic microphone mixing that removes the need for an operator to manually adjust all of the faders all of the time, leaving the microphones of talking participants open while closing the microphones of silent participants in order to reduce spill and background noise.     The Benedum Center, a project of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust and a renowned performing arts venue in the heart of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania’s cultural district, recently added a Harman Studer Vista 5 digital audio mixing console with 42 faders to support a variety of theatrical productions and live music performances.     The BBC will broadcast the London 2012 Olympic Games from the specially built International Broadcast Centre (IBC) in the Olympic Park, using no fewer than seven Harman Studer Vista and OnAir consoles, along with a Route 6000 network core.     During a ceremony steeped in royal tradition, Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu’azam Shah, 84, was recently installed as the 14th Yang di-Pertuan Agong in Malaysia.
