Spectr Audio has introduced the S Series, a new line of compact 2-way loudspeakers for main and monitor applications that are available in non-powered and powered (800-watt amplifier) versions. The new series will be on display at the NAMM 2012 Show in Anaheim at booth 2375. All drivers are neodymium; available woofer sizes include 10-inch, 12-inch and 15-inch, accompanied by a 1.7-inch compression driver on a 90-degree by 60-degree rotatable horn. Unveiled at the 2010 Winter NAMM show, the new Spectr Audio LS636M is an excellent blend of independent chamber design and high-output drivers. It is outfitted two 6-inch woofers with 2-inch voice coils and a 3-inch compression driver mounted to a wide coverage waveguide.
