Hosa Technology has announced the addition of two new LED gooseneck console lamps to its Hosa-Lite lineup: the 15-inch LTE-503XLR4 and the 18-inch LTE519XLR4. WFX Charlotte has extended the deadline for submissions for the 2009 WFX New Product Awards and WFX Solomon Awards. The new entry deadline is September 11, 2009. Leading sound and lighting provider Peak Hire Ltd. of Gloucester, England, recently bolstered its inventory of products with the purchase of eight EAW KF850 Series Virtual Array loudspeakers and eight EAW SB1002 large-format flyable subwoofers. Regional live event production company SLS Productions recently provided JBL Professional VERTEC line arrays for the 3-day, fourth annual Dubai Bike Week celebration. The festival, which drew more than 25,000 visitors, motorcycle lovers and Harley-Davidson club members, was capped off with a concert by the iconic hard rock group Deep Purple.
