Full Compass Systems has named Jim Ripp as its new assistant sales manager, bringing a wide range of music industry related sales and management experience to the role. Ripp studied at the University of Wisconsin - School of Music with a dual degree in Piano Performance and K-12 Music Education. Caroline Polster has joined Full Compass Systems as human resources manager. A graduate of Carroll University in Waukesha, WI, Polster brings a broad range of skills and experience in the human resources arena to the position. She managed the HR functions at Federal Mogul Sintered Products of Waupun, WI and coordinated the addition of 120 new employees during her tenure there. Full Compass Systems recently held its seventh annual Full Compass Golf Event, with nearly 120 golfers helping to raise several thousands of dollars to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Dane County, Wisconsin, which provides recreational and educational activities for youth in the area, focusing on the disadvantaged.
