    Every summer nearly 40,000 bluegrass fans head to Ontario, California to enjoy the Huck Finn Jubilee Bluegrass Music Festival.     Palmetto Soundworks recently deployed JBL by Harman Professional Solutions VTX Series line arrays to support the Chesapeake Bay Blues Festival.
