    Community R-Series Selected For Athletic Hall At Ocean County College In NJ

    The Athletics Hall and Gymnasium At Ocean County College (New Jersey), a multi-use facility used for games, practices, classes, and other events, was recently treated to a new sound system to replace its aging 1970s era system. The design-build project was handled by Blackwood, NJ-based JD Sound and Video, and includes Community Professional R-Series loudspeakers and iBOX subwoofers. “The original system, which was installed in the early 1970s, featured some of Community’s first hand-molded horns,” explains JD Sound’s Joe DiSabatino.… View this story

    Community Expands Distributed Design Family Of Loudspeakers With DA6

    Community Professional has introduced the DA6, a high-output, full-range architectural surface-mount loudspeaker with a sconce-like form factor and contemporary styling designed to complement environments such as restaurants, resorts, hotel lobbies and ballrooms, and retail establishments. It is the newest member of the company’s Distributed Design Series loudspeakers. The DA6 offers a 115-degree cone-shaped coverage pattern that emanates from the face of the loudspeaker downwards at a 26-degree angle from the wall.     Community Professional Debuts New VERIS 2 Loudspeakers

    Community Professional Loudspeakers has announced the second generation of the VERIS (VERsatile Installation Systems) Series, a new range of 2-way, 3-way, and subwoofer designs created for installed sound reinforcement.     Community R-Series Delivers Sound Reinforcement At New Moravian College Sports Complex

    The athletes at Eastern Pennsylvania’s Moravian College returned to school this September to find their familiar Steel Field complex transformed via $2.6 million renovation project created a new sports facility.     Community Loudspeakers Thrive In Devasco International’s Industrial Grade Environment

    A short drive north of Houston, Devasco International in Tomball, Texas specializes in customized welding and metalworking solutions. With a large staff, a 62,000-square-foot warehouse, and plenty of industrial-grade machinery, it’s not among the quietest of environments. Recently, the company installed a variety of Community Professional loudspeakers to handle a variety of sound reinforcement and paging needs throughout the facility.
